Executive Speaker Series October 2017

The San Diego chapter of Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) in collaboration wtih the USD Graduate Student Life and University Ministry will gather Tuesday, October, 10, at 7 p.m. for its next monthly Executive Speaker Series, featuring Michael Guarino, owner of Ambulatory Surgery Centers, President and CEO of Practice Management of America, and Executive Director of an independent physician association. The event is FREE and open to all young professionals in their 20s and 30s and is usually attended by people from all industries!

YCP is one of the nation's fastest-growing Catholic organizations with chapters in cities across the country and now finally in San Diego! Join other vibrant, Catholic young professionals at this free monthly event.

Mr. Guarino owns or operates Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Florida, New York, and other states along the eastern seaboard. Mr. Guarino is the Executive Director of an independent physician association made up of over 800 members and is the president and CEO of Practice Management of America, a managed service organization that is changing the healthcare delivery system. Mr. Guarino has served on many national and state boards in various capacities regarding healthcare and has testified to Congress regarding monopolies being formed and the effects.
Michael Guarino is the proud parent of a 26-year-old non-verbal daughter with autism and a 17-year-old son who attends Tampa Jesuit. Mr. Guarino is both an entrepreneur and a follower of Christ. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board with Guiding Star Tampa a women’s center and also the President of the Tampa Chapter of Legatus, which represents businessmen as ambassadors for Christ in the workplace. Mr. Guarino, a parishioner of Saint Timothy Catholic Church, has served on countless retreats with teenagers as well as mentoring young men at the church for many years.
